Who receives them

Your enquiry is passed to one FENSA-registered installer, described on the how enquiries are handled page. From then on the installer is responsible for your information as a controller in its own right, and its own privacy notice applies. Form messages are delivered by email through the website host's systems. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.

How long it is kept

If your Sevenoaks enquiry does not turn into a job, your details are deleted 12 months after we were last in contact. If you go ahead with the work, the records are kept for 6 years after the job is finished, because tax rules, the guarantee and possible legal claims all depend on them.
